AI Cleanup Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AI Cleanup application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or any part of it. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, or translate the App into other formats or languages.

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other proprietary rights, remain the exclusive property of the developer.

We strive to provide a reliable and efficient application experience. However, we reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the App at any time.
• Introduce paid features or services.

Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated before they take effect.

3. Data Usage and Device Responsibility

We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so may expose your device to security risks such as malware or system vulnerabilities, which may affect the proper functioning of the App.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms:

This subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

13.2 Subscription Content

During the subscription period, you gain full access to all features, including:

• Screenshots Clean
• Other Photos & Videos

13.3 Auto-Renewal

App Store official subscriptions are auto-renewable and confirmed for payment through your iTunes account. Users must manually manage auto-renewal in their iTunes/Apple ID settings. If not turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends, it will automatically renew.

14. Third-Party Content

The App may include third-party content or links.

We do not control such content and are not responsible for:

• Its accuracy.
• Its availability.
• Any damages resulting from its use.

15. Security

While we implement reasonable security measures, the App cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for:

• Protecting your device.
• Preventing unauthorized access.

We are not liable for unauthorized access or data breaches beyond our control.

16. Accounts and Credentials

If the App includes account functionality:

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality.
